    Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Advertising Specialist position leads the advertising send across all channels at Enzymedica.

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Create tactical marketing plans/calendars for creation and execution of advertising across all channels and partner retail ecommerce sites.
    • Manages all advertising spend across all search engines and works with the manager of social to manage advertising spend on social channels.
    • Expert in affiliate management, PPC, banner, headline search, product display ads, retargeting, sponsored, boosted etc forms of advertising using keyword research.
    • Expert in multiple forms of campaign management and segmentation from brand protection, new customer acquisition, lapsed customer reactivation and conquesting programs etc.
    • Manages all spend to create awareness, purchases and reviews for new product rollouts, refreshes and current product line.
    • Works with Sales to maximize revenues on partner retail sites.
    • Establish and optimize digital metrics and dashboards to show ROI on digital marketing expenditures.
    • Must comply with all Enzymedica, Inc. policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
    • Assist with other tasks as assigned.

     

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    • Expert in managing digital content production to be used for advertising and the use of third-party software to manage campaigns.
    • Data-driven and deep analytical skills
    • Exceptional communication ability required - both written and oral
    • Experience in all forms of PPC.
    • Passionate about digital marketing and consistently seeks opportunities for personal and professional skill development
    • Proficiency in PPC tools, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and all Social Media Channels
    • Project management experience required
    • Shopify experience preferred.
    • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally
    • Must exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and maintain constructive working relationships
    • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
    • Must be able to work alone and as part of a team

     

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to use general office equipment.

    Day/Hour Requirements:

    • Must be able to work a flexible fulltime schedule, including some nights and weekends, and meet the travel requirements of the position
    • Ability to travel as the position requires (up to 15% travel)

     

    Education/Experience:

    • Undergraduate degree in Marketing and analytics preferred.
    • Three years' previous experience required
    • Experience within the natural products industry preferred
    • Prior experience selling CPG products online required

    Manages all the technical aspects of Digital Marketing / web development across all platforms, applications and partnerships.

    • Create and execute technical architecture in line with marketing plans/calendars for creation and execution across all channels and partner retail ecommerce sites.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    • Expert in Digital Architecture.
    • Expert web development background to both lead and personally do the work.

    • Expert in Shopify Plus. Sage X3 and coding / integration experience preferred.
    • Experience in publication of clean, publish-ready content. Content includes copy, infographics, images and video formats.

    Responsible for driving growth and development for the channel by strategically building relationships with online marketing accounts.  Executes comprehensive online sales and ecommerce business development plans.

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Drive growth of the company's online sales.
    • Execute online sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
    • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Partner with online retailers to leverage all sales opportunities.
    • Analysis of online retailer websites and create a plan of action to grow revenue for enzymedica products.
    • Push Enzymedica content to online retailer websites in the best format for the retailer to upload and post.
    • Pioneer and create new opportunities within ecommerce accounts, identifying opportunities to generate sales.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to gain alignment in achieving overall business goals.
    • Oversee implementation and execution of promotional campaigns including trade spend, onsite and offsite campaigns as well as subscriptions and sponsored advertising campaigns.
    •  Track and analyze advertising ROAS.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
    • Stay abreast of and develop best practices for the marketplace.

    • Lead development of all digital content, using outside agencies, freelancers, and candidates' personal writing skills. Re-purpose all past content to create a freshness.
    • Must be able to continuously build out fresh content for all channels and manage many groups of people creating copy, infographs, images and video.
    • Manage Enzymedica.com and enzymescience.com's online content presence.
    • Review partner retail online sites and provide feedback as how to increase sales on their sites. Manage pushing content and versioning to all partners.
