Local Companies Win District ADDY Awards
AdFed Suncoast is pleased to share the local winners of the American Advertising Federation’s District ADDY Awards. Winners from AdFed Suncoast’s ADDY Awards Gala in February submitted their entries at the district level to achieve the following awards.
- BoostDFM, Clarke Advertising & Public Relations, Conservancy of Southwest Florida, Knight Marketing and Miles all won 1 Silver ADDY
- Nickel Communications won 3 Silver ADDY’s
- Ringling College Design Center won 5 Silver ADDY’s and 6 Gold ADDY’s
Ringling College of Art and Design won two Charlie Awards, which recognize the highest scoring work in each advertising media division of the Forth District ADDY Competition. Awards were given for Best of Advertising, Arts and Sciences (Admissions Calendar), and Best of Public Service (Southeastern Guide Dogs, Behind the Story).
In the Student Competition, students at Ringling College of Art and Design won a total of 11 Gold and 6 Silver ADDY’s, collectively. The Best in Show District ADDY was presented to Ringling students Jack Dess and Christina Hernandez for their “Crayola Brighten” project.
